Coming from 3 generations of developer/builders Brian Hardt started out working for his father's construction company 25 years ago and worked over 1000 homes in Southern California gaining experience, reliability, and how to get the job done right and on time. After marrying his wife Brook they tied the Design-Build knot adding both construction and interior design to their repertoire. They personally have bought and remodeled over 15 homes themselves and have found a niche in Montecito 6 years ago doing what they love, turning old Californian homes

into elegant estates.
